So I have started back training just 2weeks after mum has passed away. To be honest it's the furthest thing from my mind but also something that I want to do aswell. It's difficult but has to be done if I want to do well in the 10k. Which I do!! I managed to finish a 10k last night. My legs are suffering today but so glad I managed it. 6.2miles is fffaarrrrr! Haha. Just need to work on my speed. Between the gym and small runs I will work on that and hopefully next time I practice a 10k I will be a little faster. Running is not my thing and most definitely a challenge for me. I am willing to work at it tho.
